Who we serve

Every kind of New Jersey school, under one standard of practice.

Each school type answers to different statutes, funding streams and oversight. We staff each engagement with people who already know those rules.

Included for every school type

Your full-time SBA and complete business office.

This is what most of our clients have with us, often for many years. Charter school, district, commission or private school, the core service is the same. What changes is the specialized knowledge we bring to your sector, shown in each section below.

  • Licensed SBA, Board Secretary and QPA
  • Accounting, AP and treasurer reports
  • Payroll, benefits and HR
  • Budgets, forecasts and audit

01 · Charter schools

The full-time SBA many charter schools have had for years.

Charter schools are the heart of our business. Most of our charter clients have us under a full-service contract as their permanent School Business Administrator and Board Secretary, running the entire business office month after month. We also handle the milestones only charters face, from renewals and expansions to lender covenants and rating reviews.

02 · Public school districts

Your district’s SBA and business office, full-time or interim.

We provide districts the same complete service our charter clients rely on: a licensed SBA and a full business office team. Districts also bring us in to cover a vacancy, catch up a backlog, or run a defined project such as a construction program or an insurance claim.
